8th GradE Promotion
All 8th grade students must comply with the district criteria set forth by the TRUSD Board to participate in our 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony on Thursday, June 2, 2022, at 9:30 am.
The Board desires that each school with 8th grade students provide age-appropriate promotion exercises to recognize students who have completed the school’s course of study and demonstrate proper citizenship and follow school rules.

Cell PHONE POLICY
We recognize that parents provide their children with cell phones for safety reasons. Therefore, we understand that students will bring their cell phones to school. Students can call their parents
immediately upon arrival or at dismissal. Other than that, cell phones MUST remain turned off and stowed away during school, including breaks and lunch.

Exception: Middle School students can use their cell phones before/after school and lunchtime.
